Very personalized service. John called and texted me several times before the visit, he paid close attention to all of my comments and answered all the questions, truly went above and beyond. I was not very sure I will buy a car that day, but HBI staff made it very easy for me to make a decision. I forgot something in my trade-in car and they overnight it, even though I told them it was not urgent. They also have a great after sale service.
