I’m very familiar with the nuances of online auto sales. This acquisition was by far the most streamlined, professional purchase of all! Gaige was very thorough, walked me through their inventory, and returned my calls promptly as we worked through the process. He and his staff delivered exactly as advertised-no surprises, no last minute snafus. I highly recommend this small yet impressive company, You will find there in Mocksville, N.C. (40 min from Winston-Salem) a startlingly large inventory of appropriately priced Porsches and very capable salespersons. I will definitely be looking for Gaige and his associates next time I purchase another Porsche!
After driving 5 hours from Atlanta they provided great service end-to-end and I drove home in a sweet Macan GTS. They are a small rural dealership, so there are advantages and some disadvantages resulting from that. My bottom line is that it was a net positive experience and I would confidently buy from them again.
It was great working with Gaige and Jose to get this deal done. My only complaint is there is an exhaust gas temperature sensor that is bad but hopefully it’s covered under the factory warranty.
I was having an issue with my 2018 AMG GTR missing upon hard acceleration, they did a really good job solving the issue and the price was fair given the time put into it. Will use them again.
Niko came out and greeted me. I told him that timing wasn’t the best but I wanted to see a particular Porsche Panamera. I looked at it, he told me about it and gave me a nice offer on my Mercedes SL. Timing won’t work due to other commitments. I’ll keep looking though and will return to see him. (He also has an interesting story about his own souped up S-class).

Make the trip to Mocksville! We did. Twice! You won’t ever see so many different 911’s at a typical dealer. Way cooler than buying online in my opinion. What I liked best was HBi’s customer service. NIKO spent hours showing us different styles, test driving, and answering questions. On our second visit, he gave us a garage tour, which housed road and track cars and a few exotics—Several of which were shipped from across the country for, which I believe, HBi’s service reputation. The second best selling point for me was when the sales manager, JOSE, emphasized that we find the right car. He also took time from his other duties to talk the car over, and not hesitate to grant a PPI with a franchise Porsche dealer; who, by the way, praised the car and HBi. Past experience has made me skeptical if not downright cynical about car buying: BUT, HBi (especially Niko) made it comfortable, reassuring, and seamless. I WOULD ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND OR BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. Thanks guys.

Excellent experiences with Billy and the whole crew. Bought a 2015 Ferrari California T with 5000 miles at, an excellent price. A month later, the rear view mirror developed a death rattle. This was probably the result of letting friends drive the car (without my being in the vehicle). They likely wrestled the mirror into submission, loosening the ball joint. HBI fixed it on the spot- at no charge. Very happy with the purchase transaction, the repair and with the car.Also, the detail department did a phenomenal PPF job on my 2020 Aston Martin Vantage. When the warranty on that car expires, HBI will be my first stop for service/repairs. Nothing against Foreign Cars Charlotte. I just hate driving down there.I have also had HBI sell a Toyota for me on consignment. I’m so pleased with the relationship that has developed with them, I’m leaving those proceeds on deposit while we look for the next purchase!
