• Service Timing: Event scheduling is based on your vehicle’s recorded service initiation date in HBi Auto's system. Services should be completed within 6 months or before reaching an additional 5,000 miles from the last maintenance milestone. If this interval is exceeded, the designated service may be forfeited.

• Coverage Limitations: There are items that the Maintenance booklet doesn't cover, especially those resulting from regular wear and tear. Examples include brake pads, rotors, and tires. For a comprehensive understanding, consult your plan agreement or an accredited Porsche specialist.

• Non-cancellable: Once the PPMP is activated, it remains in effect. It cannot be prematurely terminated, and no refunds will be provided, even if you decide to end your vehicle's lease earlier or some services remain unused. The only exception would be if specific state regulations stipulate otherwise.

• Vehicle-Bound Coverage: The PPMP coverage is directly tied to the vehicle. If you sell or trade your Porsche before the plan's conclusion, the succeeding owner benefits from the remaining coverage duration.
